Who We Serve

Our Services

Medication safety

We check your medication list, fix conflicts, and keep refills on time. We also coordinate with your pharmacy and prescribers to prevent problems before they happen.

Red-flag symptom checks

We watch for early warning signs and act quickly. If you notice new swelling, shortness of breath, dizziness, or anything that feels “not right,” tell us early so we can help.

Companion care at home (Mae’s Grace)

Non-medical help at home—meals, bathing, safe mobility, light housekeeping, and companionship—provided by Mae’s Grace in partnership with EVI. Your medical team handles clinical decisions.
